The Azure SDKs are Microsoft's client libraries for working with Azure from your own applications, available for .NET, Go, Python and other languages.
Locally lets you point your Azure SDK code at your machine instead of the cloud - at this time the SDKs need a couple of lines of code to be able to work against Locally, but we're working to make that automated in the future. Once configured, your code runs against Locally exactly as it would against Azure, so you can develop and test without a cloud subscription.
Configure ArmClient, Azure.Identity and Azure.ResourceManager from the Azure SDK for .NET to work against Locally.
Configure azcore, azidentity and armresources from the Azure SDK for Go to work against Locally.
Configure azure-identity and azure-mgmt-resource from the Azure SDK for Python to work against Locally.
