These Terms and Conditions cover the Locally Plugins - the components we publish under names like locally-plugin-azurerm-* that extend the Locally CLI with support for additional resource providers, data-plane emulators and integrations (together, the "Plugins").
The Plugins are part of the Locally application. Your use of them is governed by our Locally CLI Terms and Conditions, with the additional points below.
We give you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and run the Plugins with the Locally CLI, on devices that you control, for as long as you keep to these terms and the Locally CLI Terms and Conditions and, if you've signed in, your Locally Account is in good standing.
Use the Plugins together with the Locally CLI for personal projects, learning and evaluation, and for commercial work on the terms set out in the Locally CLI Terms & Conditions, on any platform we publish builds for. Use them inside CI, within the concurrent-instance limit of your plan.
Use the Plugins with anything other than the Locally CLI, unless you have our prior written permission. They're licensed for use with the Locally CLI only, which rules out any other tool, runtime, framework or platform - including any other emulator, cloud development tool, or competing local-cloud product. Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or repackage the Plugins. Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble them (except to the extent that English law expressly allows). Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other notices. The restrictions in the Locally CLI Terms & Conditions apply to the Plugins too.
We release updates to the Plugins regularly to add new resource types, fix bugs and improve compatibility with the services they emulate. Some versions of a Plugin may require a minimum version of the Locally CLI, and older versions of a Plugin may not work with newer versions of the Locally CLI, so you may need to update one or the other to keep using a Plugin.
The Plugins bundle open-source software. The full list of components and their licences is available inside the Locally Dashboard alongside the rest of Locally's open-source notices. Those licences apply to the components they cover; nothing in these terms is intended to override or limit your rights under them.
The rest - accepting these terms, your Locally Account, plans and limits, what happens if a payment doesn't go through, running on your machine, working offline, CI and automation, third-party tools, data and privacy, security and malicious code, our responsibility (including the warranty disclaimer and liability cap), claims arising from your use of Locally, suspension and termination, changes, and the legal bits (governing law, jurisdiction, force majeure and so on) - works the same way as the Locally CLI Terms and Conditions. Those terms apply to your use of the Plugins as if they were written here.
The Plugins are published by Locally Build Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16453819), with its registered address at 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU.
